This Monday, February 17, Metro users in Mexico City faced delays on several lines, causing frustration among passengers. On line 7, heading towards Barranca del Muerto, high traffic and problems closing doors and disembarking were reported, resulting in service delays.

Complaints also extended to line 6, from El Rosario to Martín Carrera, where users expressed their annoyance at the lack of trains and the number of passengers in the cars. On line A, users reported waits of up to 20 minutes at the La Paz terminal. On line 3, the trains were moving slowly, generating discontent among passengers.

On the official social media of Metro CDMX, information was shared regarding high traffic on several lines, and users were advised to take precautions and leave early to avoid setbacks. Meanwhile, lines 4, 5, and 6 reported moderate traffic and shorter waiting times.

In particular, line 7 of Metro CDMX was the most affected, with reports of delays of over 10 minutes. Users expressed their dissatisfaction on social media and requested an improvement in service. Additionally, it was mentioned that a mega march would take place this Monday in Mexico City and the State of Mexico, which could cause closures on important roads.

In light of this situation, Metro users were advised to stay alert for possible complications in the service and plan their transfers in advance to avoid setbacks.
